Hey, how to keep your body shape and your mind excited...just DANCE!
Would you like to know what sports have I been doing the last 1,5 months? (from Jan 1st till Feb the 17th):
-1 day of swimming (I love swimming however I am not signed up for the pool because it is quite expensive in Terrassa)
-6 days of running 10k + 2 days of running 5k
-6 days approx. of Catalan traditional dancing
-1 acrobatics class
-1 basic salsa class
-4-6 days approx of Lindy Hop (yesterday I rehearsed a little bit of this electroswing coreography :))))
-6 min abs.
Is it that I have a fast metabolism?
A lot of people tell me "I wonder how you can be so thin and eat so much"... here is the answer.
