I ate...2 stalks of celery, 8-10 cherry tomatoes...and peruvian beans a la cilantro x2 with whole bread with olive oil, one banana, two pieces of chocolate with almonds and...a yoghourt with cranberry syrup...and a coffee with oat milk. Now I feel stuff and sleepy.

I have been wolfing down my lunch...and this is the result: I had to rest from 4pm till 5:30 pm digesting all that content...too much food. When you eat too much you have longer digestions, you feel heavy, you fall asleep and you don't perform well at work. So...positivizing...

If you realize you realize you have an abrupt lowering of you energy after lunch that makes it difficult for you to work, try this:

1) Put your veggies on the plate so you can make sure you are eating a large amount of them as a starter. You fill up with water, fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and you have less room for the second court.

2) Serve yourself a moderate second dish. Do not repeat!! If you are eating bread and your body asks you for more, WAIT A SECOND!! Drink water, make youself a tea or lay down listening to some music to wait to feel satiated.

3) EAT SLOWLY so you feel fuller.

4) Drink water at the end of the meal if you don't feel yet satisfied.

5) Take at any meal: protein, water, an fiber.
